Circa 1920 American Ansonia Clock Company, New York 30 Hour Mantel Clock with 4″ Good original signed paper dial, Typical rear wind Ansonia alarm clock movement, Unusual hand painted porcelain alarm clock holder with fancy bronzed metal base. Rare Ansonia Shaving Mirror Alarm Clock: signed Ansonia and dated 1877 patent; cast iron base; ornate brass and metal frame with grape style leaves; bell strike alarm; back side of alarm clock has an oval mirror that lifts and comes off it’s locking peg hinge and swivels to reveal winding and setting mechanism for the alarm clock.
11 3/4T; mirror including decoration is 7 3/4″ x 4″

Porcelain Key Wind Alarm Clock: With an unmarked porcelain dial with seconds and 12 hour bits; the bell is in the bottom of the case which has pastel florals on a cream with green trim case.
This clock is similar to the Ansonia “La Bretagne”.

Rare William Sherwin Alarm Shelf Clock, Buckland, MA
Mahogany case, original surface; turned feet, stenciled crest and turned finials. Dial is old professional repaint. Retains original reverse painted tablet, some paint loss. One day wood works movement. There is an article about this clock maker in a 1938 issue of the Magazine Antiques.
