Mahogany & Bronze Fusee Bracket Clock. Brass dial has a 6 in. silvered chapter ring with black Roman hour numerals, fancy pierced hands, gilt brass corner spandrels and bronze door bezel with beveled glass, switches for Silent/Chime & Chime on 8 Bells/ Chime on 4 Gongs; quality brass triple fusee spring driven movement has a progressive quarter hour strike chiming Whittington on 8 cupped bells or Westminster on 4 coiled gongs and the hour on a cathedral gong. In a mahogany case with pierced gilt bronze filigree and handle at the top, turned corner finials, pierced side panels and stands on claw feet; refinished, missing mounts on the chamfered front corners and trim around the bottom. 23 in. high x 14 in. wide x 11 in. deep.
