Inlaid Mahogany Mantle Clock. 4.5″ porcelain dial with black hour numbers, blued open moon hands and hinged brass door bezel with convex beveled crystal; round brass 8 day spring driven movement signed with initials “BTG” in an oval, has a half hour strike on a coiled gong. Mahogany case has a gadrooned top, turned corner quarter columns are fluted with brass inlays at the bottom, case front has burled panels with striped inlaid borders and stands on turned brass feet. French polished finish, case in excellent condition, movement running with key and pendulum; hairline in dial at “12”. Dimensions: 12″ high x 8″ wide x 5″ deep. Weight: 6.25 lbs.

Round brass silk-thread spring driven movement has a count wheel strike mechanism and strikes on a single bell, unsigned. Case is in original old finish, missing one piece of inlay on the front. 11 in. high x 7 in. wide x 4.5 in. deep
