French Table Model Grandfather Clock. 3.5 in. porcelain dial signed “J.E. Caldwell, Philadelphia”, French round brass 8 day spring driven movement with half hour bell strike is signed “S. Marti et Cie” and also signed with initials “JLF” in the sails of a ship. In a painted decorated table top case in the form of a standing floor clock, has a green body with maiden on the front, flowers on the sides, bronze filigree mounts, ribbon crest and large claw feet. Clock is running and striking, has some pulling damage to the wood behind the lower fan shaped mount. 21.5 in. high x 8.75 in. wide x 6.5 in. deep. Weight: 11 lbs.
