Figural Carved Black Forest Mantle Clock. Black forest case is carved with a game bird at the top and a game bird to the right, a fox has a snarling look on his face looking up at the birds and his body wrapped around the left side of the case, an allover filigree forest decoration in the carving; good original finish, one bird has a chip to its beak and a few other minor carving chips. 3 in. brass dial has relief decoration with porcelain hour insets with blue Roman numerals and gilt spade hands; French round brass spring driven movement has an hour count wheel strike on a bell, movement signed Japy Freres, not running. 16.5 in. high x 12 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

Carved walnut standing figure of a woman depicting ÂIndustryÂ, she wears a long robe and a crown and has industrial instruments beside her including an anvil seated on a stump, hammer, gear, rulers & other measuring devices on a large scroll carved filigree base. 4 in. porcelain dial has black Roman hour numerals and 5 minute numbers outside, fancy gilt pierced hands, gilt bezel with beveled door glass; round brass 8 day spring driven movement has an half hour strike on a steel bell. In excellent condition and original finish. 32 in. high x 24 in. wide x 7 in. deep.

Attr: Johann Baptist Beha Black Forest Carved Cuckoo Table Clock. 6 in. wood dial with incised and painted Roman hour numerals and pierced brass hands; double fusee spring driven movement has wooden strap plates, has an hour cuckoo strike with coiled gong, long steel pendulum rod and brass covered bob. In a carved table model case with branches, oak leaves and acorns, bird in the crest and a fox tangled in a leg trap on the front. Unsigned, in nice overall condition with an enhanced original finish, has a few carving repairs, running and striking, cuckoo bird is working. 22 in. high x 14 in. wide x 9 in. deep. Weight: 16.5 lbs.

Leuenberger/ Interlaken” with an half hour strike on a bell. In a black forest walnut carved case with wood paneled board back having and oak branch border, deerÂs head crest, standing figural putti fisherman on either side of the dial, one holding a spear and the other a shovel with fishing nets wrapped over their shoulders, below is a basket with carved oars, sails, hanging fish and a cutting board. Case is signed on the back ÂSesti & Brugger, InterlakenÂ, in beautiful condition with no repairs or losses, nice medium-light brown original finish. 32 in. high x 24 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

The case has an old enhanced finish, has wormholes in the wood and a repair to the hunterÂs rifle. 16.25 in. high x 14.5 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep.

Black Forest Carved Pheasant and Dog Clock: In a walnut case with an 8 day T&S French movement numbered 12538 and an unmarked silvered metal dial. The carved case has 2 large pheasants and 2 baby pheasants with oak leaves and ferns. The shelf has a carved hunting dog with trees and leaves on it.

(The clock strikes but is not running at this time. The wooden ring around the dial has split. The back door looks replaced.)
