Black face, seemingly all original, probably needs cleaning, it does seem to be too fully wound, last Patent date of 1919, 7″ tall including the original ring on the top, 5″ wide. All of the winding handles are there and there are the controls on the top for silent and alarm, steady and repeat. At the base of the face is Made by Western CLock CO., LaSalle, Ill. USA.
