Ansonia Mantle Clock – Triumph. 6 in. painted metal dial has black Roman hour numerals & open spade hands; brass, 8 day, spring driven movement signed  Sessions Clock Co. Forestville, Conn.  has half hour count wheel strike mechanism, blued coiled gong with gilt iron mount and brass pendulum bob with beat adjustment indicator. In a walnut case having an arched top, scroll carved crest with central maidens head, turned finials over teardrop finials, angled mirrors on the sides with gilt figural winged putti; reverse painted door glass, in good condition, refinished. 24 in. high x 17 in. wide x 5 in. deep.
