Welch No. 2 Double Dial Calendar Regulator. 12 in. painted metal “dish style” dial with black Roman hour numerals, days of the week inside, black spade hands and red day indicator; brass 8 day weight driven time only movement has round iron side weights, in good running condition. 8 in. lower perpetual calendar dial indicating the date and month with perpetual B.B. Lewis calendar mechanism; signed with a paper label in the back of the case. In a rosewood case with chestnut door bezel, refinished, in good condition35 in. high x 17 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

Welch “Perpetual Calendar Regulator No. 2” clock the tall rectangular rosewood case with a large round clock bezel to the top, enclosing the white painted tin dial with Arabic chapters, day indicator hand, and day ring with brass “8-day Welch Spring and Co.” two weight movement. Containing a smaller round bezel enclosing the “B. B. Lewis” perpetual calendar with factory label to back and “Welch” paper label to the inside. 31″H x 13″W x 4.5″D, Circa – 1863-1868.
