Welch Mfg. Co., long drop pendulum has an ebonized wood stick and brass covered bob which is visible below the calendar mechanism. In a walnut case with carved crest, pierced carved corbels and skirt in the base; good original finish, replaced time dial, door has replaced old glass. 41 in. high x 15 in. wide x 5.5 in. deep.

Original 10 in. painted metal upper dial has black Roman hour numerals and is signed Seth Thomas, has blued spade hands; 8 in. lower calendar dial has 31 date Arabic numbers with cutout apertures exposing the month and day of the week, original paper labels on the calendar barrels, perpetual calendar mechanism is in very good working condition. Brass, spring driven, movement No. 5 7/8, signed S. Thomas, Thomaston, Conn. USA., has an hour count wheel strike mechanism with an iron bell, brass covered pendulum bob, in good running condition; dials have some flaking and inpaiting in the centers. In a figure eight style rosewood case with serpentine crests and turned rosette mounts; in good condition and original finish. 26.5 in. high x 13 in. wide x 4.5 in. deep.

Lewis patented perpetual calendar mechanism in good working condition. In a carved walnut case with arched top, turned finials, coiled scroll-work on either side of the dial over long turned columns and teardrop finials; signed in the bottom of the case on a paper label with title ÂWagnerÂ and Welch, Spring & Co., Bristol, Conn. USA. In very good condition and original finish. 26.5 in. high x 15.5 in. wide x 5.25 in. deep.
