(Running, not striking. The face around the dial is smudged up. The wood finish needs cleaned.)

Waterbury Cherry Westminster Tambour Clock: It has a marked 8 day T&S movement with chime, 5 rod strike and a gold colored face with a marked chapter ring dial. In a cherry wood case. The key and pendulum are with the clock.
(The clock chimes but does stop running after a few minutes of running.)
