A 1930's Period Waltham Banjo clock. 8-day time only movement marked "7189, Waltham Clock Co. USA" with painted metal dial and Arabic numerals. Mahogany case with Brass Eagle finial, molded upper door and side arms, reverse painted throat glass and bottom door with a Naval battle scene entitled "Perry's Victory". Older refinishing with minor wear, some paint loss to dial, running when cataloged. 41" high overall. ESTIMATE $600-800

A 1930's Waltham miniature Colonial style wall clock. 8-day time only jeweled movement with balance wheel escapement and painted dial with Roman numerals. Mahogany case with composition Eagle crest and Brass finials over a single door with applied Brass moldings and reverse painted lower glass over a shaped drop with fluted detail and Brass ball decoration. Minor wear, running momentarily when cataloged. 15" high. ESTIMATE $300-500

Made to go in old cars, this Waltham 8 day clock has angled corners and is likely 1920s or 30s era, engraved on the back is probably the owners name of W. T. White/St. Paul. Center winding stem in the base, 3″ tall including the winding stem and 2 1/2″ wide. Mr. White was a very prominent citizen of St. Paul in the early 20th Century.
