A 1930's Waltham miniature Colonial style wall clock. 8-day time only jeweled movement with balance wheel escapement and painted dial with Roman numerals. Mahogany case with composition Eagle crest and Brass finials over a single door with applied Brass moldings and reverse painted lower glass over a shaped drop with fluted detail and Brass ball decoration. Minor wear, running momentarily when cataloged. 15" high. ESTIMATE $300-500

Very rare miniature key wind (from bottom) Waltham Banjo Clock. Very hard size to find, bust of George Washington on neck, Mt. Vernon painted on glass, eagle finial. Very similar miniature version of the clock in lot 31A. Has some leading that has come off, but owner saved it, so can be repaired. Has tag marked “Waltham 8 day, 1926 model, 7 jewel mini banjo case. Mfg. 1926, Reverse painting Geo. Washington, picture of home on pendulum r.” All original, measures approx. 20″ tall.

A 1930's Period Waltham Banjo clock. 8-day time only movement marked "Waltham Clock Co. USA" with painted metal dial and Arabic numerals. Mahogany case with edge banding, Brass Eagle finial, molded upper door and side arms, reverse painted throat glass and bottom door with a Naval battle scene of the Constitution & Guerriere. Older refinishing with minor wear, some paint loss to dial and slight flaking to lower door panel, replaced Eagle finial, running when cataloged. 41" high overall. ESTIMATE $600-800
