Seth Thomas City Clock  Ogden. 6 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals, fancy hands; spring driven movement No. 5 7/8, signed – S. Thomas, Thomaston, Conn. U.S.A.  fancy brass lyre shaped plates, count wheel strike mechanism, brass covered and fancy decorated pendulum bob, coiled gong with silvered mounting bracket, separate spring and steel bell for alarm strike. Carved walnut case with shell style carvings and applied burled panels on the crest, gilt reverse decorated door glass. Minor repair to lower right carving, good clean finish; 21.5 in. high x 12 in. wide.
