Heavy gilded embellishments and borders with Greek key trim, in a striking Egyptian Revival style motif. Clock timepiece with Roman numerals to one side, high relief gilt figural Medusa medallion to opposing side. Numbered 773 of 999, and with brand stamp to underside.

French Silk String Suspension Obelisk Clock: white marble with gray base and applied classical portrait. Unmarked, time only movement with a 2 1/2″ porcelain dial. There are other applied metal masks and decorations. Made in two parts.

14 1/4″ tall and running at this time.
