Mahogany Grandfather Clock, brass scrolled and silvered dial with moon phases, signed "Tiffany and Co., England," steel serpentine hands, mahogany case with overcoated finish and reeded columns on either side of the beveled glass door, bonnet with reeded columns and scrolls, base with inlay and paw feet, running, strike working, 5 tubular chime movement is working but needs adjustment, 91.5 in. high x 21 in. wide x 14 in. deep.

Hershchede Pattern 50 Mahogany 9 Tube Grandfather Clock. 12 in. silvered dial signed ÂThe Frank Herschede Co., Cincinnati with applied brass hour numbers, silvered sub seconds dial, moon phase with silvered arch, sub dials for Chime/Silent & Westminster/Whittington chimes, brass back plate with fancy pierced gilt brass filigree decorated center and corner spandrels and pierced hands; brass weight driven movement marked ÂGermany has Graham deadbeat escapement, retaining power, quality brass weights, pulleys and pendulum bob with steel pendulum stick and has 9 silvered tubes signed ÂHerschede Hall Clock, Cincinnati, O, Crown Symphony TubeÂ. In a beautiful carved mahogany case with arched bonnet top, medallion crest, carved filigree on the frieze, pierced carved side panels and turned columns on the corners with carved capitols; the body has a long beveled glass door with turned columns having carved capitols, inset carved panel in the base with turned corner columns and stands on carved claw feet. In very good condition, case has an excellent original finish. 88.5 in. high x 27 in. wide x 18 in. deep.

Large brass dial has a 12 in. silvered chapter ring with applied brass hour numbers, silvered sub seconds dial, moon phase with silvered arch, sub dials for Chime/Silent & Westminster/Eight Bells, fancy gilt brass filigree decorated center and corner spandrels signed ÂElliot, LondonÂ; pierced hands and brass weight driven movement has Graham deadbeat escapement, retaining power, quality brass weights, pulleys and pendulum bob with steel pendulum stick and 9 silvered tubes signed ÂHarris & HarringtonÂ, movement is signed on the back plate ÂJ.J. Elliot, London & ÂH & HÂ, with matching number on the seat board 5097. In an excellent mahogany case with broken arched pediment crest having turned finials (center finial has a broken tip), filigree carving and rosettes with long carved triple columns on the bonnet corners; the case has oval shaped beveled glass on the front door and beveled glasses on the sides with turned corner columns, carved shell on the front panels and stands on carved claw feet. Case is in very good condition, has an enhanced oroginal finish. 104 in. high x 29 in. wide x 19 in. deep.

Durfee, Providence, RI. Quality brass 8 day weight driven movement with Graham deadbeat escapement, maintaining power, solid brass pulleys, 3 brass covered weights and long mahogany pendulum stick with brass covered bob; has 9 silvered tubes signed ÂWalter H. Durfee, Prov. RIÂ. In a carved mahogany case with arched crest carved with Romeo & Juliet busts with figural male and female side pilaster carvings on the bonnet; the case body has a filigree carved cornice over figural male and female pilaster busts on the sides of the beveled glass door with arched top and spiral carved frame. The base is carved with large figural heads over corbels, claw feet and a center panel with figural maidenÂs head in the center; in excellent condition and original finish, movement is clean and in good running condition. 108 in. high x 30 in. wide x 19 in. deep.

New YorkÂ; brass weight driven movement has Graham deadbeat escapement with jeweled pallets, retaining power, quality brass weights, pulleys and pendulum bob with steel pendulum stick and 9 silvered tubes signed ÂWalter H. Durfee & Co. Providence, RIÂ, movement is signed on the back plate ÂWalter H. Durfee, Providence, RI & ÂWalter H. Durfee on the top edge of the back plate. The mahogany case has an arched crest with pierced carved seashell, bell flower and ribbon design, turned finials, leaf carving and spiral turned columns with beveled glass on the bonnet door; the body of the case has long turned fluted columns with leaf carving, mullioned beveled glasses on the door, lions head escutcheon and inset panel on the base with filigree, bellflower and ribbon carving all standing on large claw feet. Has an enhanced original finish; silvered presentation plaque behind the door is addressed to ÂDaniel Boone, St. Louis, MO, by the New York Life Insurance Company, August 1, 1895Â. 99 in. high x 23 in. wide x 15 in. deep.

Brass dial has a 12 in. silvered chapter ring with applied brass hour numbers, silvered sub seconds dial, lever for Strike/Silent, etched gilt and pierced brass filigree decorated center and corner spandrels with moon phase dial at the top painted with seascape & mountain scenes, brass weight driven movement has Graham deadbeat escapement, retaining power, 3 brass pulleys, brass covered weights and brass covered pendulum bob with steel stick. The carved mahogany case has an arched bonnet top with spherical finials, carved crown, shield & filigree at the top & turned side columns. The body of the case has a gadrooned edge, beehive shaped door with beveled glass, turned torch & flame carved side columns; stands on large winged claw feet, carved ribbon & double torch on the front panel of the base. Case is in good original finish, has an old repair to one finial at the stem; movement is unsigned, strike mechanism runs but needs adjustment as it does not stop after the chime is completed. 106 high x 30 in. wide x 20 in. deep.
