Terryville Octagon Torsion Pendulum Marine Clock. 8 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals, fancy blued hands and sub seconds dial, brass spring driven time only movement with S.B. TerryÂs patented double action torsion pendulum. In a rosewood octagonal case with stepped OG front, brass door bezel, refinished. Suspension is broken, balance crossbar and beat adjustment post are present in the case, door glass is replaced. Terryville Manufacturing Co. paper label on the back of the case. 11 in. high x 11 in. wide x 3 in. deep.
Terryville 30 Hour Octagon Wall Clock. 5.5 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals, fancy blued hands and brass door bezel; brass spring driven 30 hour movement has S.B. Terry’s patented escapement with large balance wheel & hairspring at the bottom of the movement, similar to the setup found in TerryvilleÂs candlestick clocks, Movement is in running condition and marked Âpatented October 5th, 1852Â. In an octagonal rosewood case with Terryville Manufacturing Company label in the back, in good condition, has minor veneer flakes and a few paint chips to the dial.9 in. high x 9 in. wide x 2.5 in. deep.
