Swiss Painted Ivory Desk Clock. 3.5 in. x 2.5 in. painted ivory dial titled L’Embarcadere, depicts a pier along a waterway with buildings in the background, the large tower in the back has a functional clock; signed lower right (illegible). The quarter inch tower dial has Roman hour numerals and blued pierced diamond hands with a spring driven movement in good running condition. Has a gilt brass frame with beveled glass and marble base; marked on the back – L’Embarcadere, Fab. Suisse and numbered 73260.

Large 6 in. painted ivory dial has a classical scene with a man and woman among a group of playful putti, dial has a pink chapter ring with black Arabic numbers and fancy gilt pierced hands, signed A. Burger – Lucerne; has a gilt brass bezel mounted on an onyx base. Swiss 8 day movement has jeweled lever escapement. 8 in. high x 9 in.
