Southern Calendar Double Dial Fashion Clock: rosewood and veneer case with 2- 7 1/2″ dials. 8 day time with bell striking movement.
(The strike is reversed. The case looks good with strong lines. The dials are stained.)

Description: Antique Southern Fashion No. 4 Double Dial Calendar Clock: T&S with a sunken seconds bit, marked “Patented April 16, 1875”. Has a nickel pendulum and bezels. The clock also has finials. (There is some wear and flaking to the plating on the bezels. The sunken seconds bit bezel appears to be brass.) 32″ Tall. Has not been tested. Sells as is, where is.

Southern Fashion No. 5 Double Dial Calendar Clock. Original 7.5 in. painted dial, black Roman hour numerals, fancy blued hands, inset paper sub seconds dial with silvered bezel; lower calendar dial signed Southern Calendar Clock Co. St. Louis, Mo., lower dial is set on a hinged door. Good calendar hand. Has a Seth Thomas brass 8 day spring driven movement, manufactured by Seth Thomas Clock Co. for the Southern Calendar Clock Co, deadbeat escapement, blued coiled gong on a coiled brass mounting bracket, Long drop pendulum has a wood stick with silvered and damascened bob and silvered beat indicator. Original calendar mechanism is in good running condition, has original paper labels on the brass barrels. Walnut case is original finish, turned columns on the sides, pointed finials on the arched top and gold leaf on the door glass that reads – Fashion. Clock is in good working condition the gong is replaced. 32 in. high x 16 in. wide x 6.5 in. deep
