A fine Philadelphia tall case clock. signed on the lower portion of the hand painted dial, "Solomon Parke Philadel". At the top of the clock's face is a hand painted moon dial with a finely painted ship. The top of the hood has a broken pediment with a center spire and finials on either side of the arches. The sides of the hood with full columns. The waist portion of the clock has fluted quarter columns, and the clock rests on bracket feet.
