Seth Thomas Octagon Lever Clock w/ Alarm. 7.5 in painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals, fancy blued hands, sub seconds dial and open center exposing the brass alarm indicator disc; brass spring driven movement with lever escapement, hour count wheel strike mechanism on a brass bell and alarm striking on the same bell, movement signed ÂSeth Thomas, Thomaston, ConnÂ. In a rosewood octagonal case with rounded front and brass door bezel; movement is not running, case has some veneer flaking, no inpainting to the dial, signed with partial paper label on the back of the case. 10 in. high x 10 in. wide x 3.25 in. deep.

Original 12 in. painted metal dial signed ÂSeth Thomas with black Roman hour numerals, blued spade hands and sub seconds dial; quality brass double spring driven 8 day time only movement signed ÂSeth Thomas, Thomaston, Conn.Â, has a lever escapement and is in good running condition. Walnut case has a round hinged door bezel with carved ebony highlights, octagonal case interior is felt lined. In good condition, original finish and running. 17 in. dia. x 3.75 in. deep.
