Original 10 in. painted wood dial with black Roman hour numerals and gilt highlights; 8 day wooden works weight driven movement with long pendulum rod, brass covered pendulum bob, steel bell hour strike, turned wood pulleys and typical 8 day iron weights. In a mahogany case with fruit basket carved crest, turned ball feet, ebonized and gilt stenciled turned half columns and repainted original lower tablet; case signed on a paper label ÂEli Terry & Sons, Plymouth, ConnecticutÂ. Case has an enhanced original finish, columns in original finish; movement has 2 replaced hand carved wood gears. 39 in. high x 18 in. wide x 5.25 in. deep. Weight: 35 lbs.

Seth Thomas Adamantine Mantle Clock w/Columns: adamantine mahogany finish; gilt columns; brass feet; gong and bell strike; paper dial on tin. Has pendulum and key. Partial paper label on base back.
(Not running, wound tight. Dial is scraped from 9 to 12; discolored overall; case has some scrapes and spots where the finish is down to the wood. Gilt worn off columns; no back on the clock.)
