Blue label in the back close to the works, the striking mechanism is on top and the makers name can not be read, original painted face, time and strike, old if not original finish and tablet, the glass in the door has likely been replaced years ago, 23″ tall by 16 1/2″ wide. This is an earlier school house clock than normal and would likely date to 1850-60 era and is American.

1880-1910 era, American movement probably in an British inlaid case, no makers name visible, painted metal face, time and strike movement, glass missing from the tablet and main face, 27″ tall by 17″ wide, the inlays are almost like a cross and some sort of tracking.
