Circa 1975 American Unsigned 8 day Mantel Clock with 8″ Original concave painted dish dial, Weight driven time only brass movement, Well made reproduction of the very rare Aaron Willard, Boston mahogany shelf clock. Excellent signed reverse painting on old glass on the top door, mahogany panel on the lower door, OG bracket feet and top crest. A museum quality reproduction of a very scarce clock. Good original condition with old looking finish and some splitting in molding of top door. 34″H x 12.5″W x 6″D

After Aaron Willard Massachusetts Shelf Clock. 7 in. dia. inverted lyre shape dial signed ÂAaron Willard, Boston has black Roman hour numerals and gilt filigree highlights; brass 8 day weight driven time only movement with anchor escapement, fancy turned posts, brass pulley, horseshoe shaped lead weight and steel pendulum rod with brass covered bob. In a beautiful inlaid mahogany Massachusetts style case with inlays on the corners of the bonnet top having a pierced carved crest, tall inlaid pediment and brass finials; the body has a mahogany burl center panel with quarter fan corner inlays and stands on fancy carved feet. In beautiful condition and original finish, has minor repairs to the crest piece; circa 2nd half 20th century. 44.5 in. high x 14 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep. Weight: 25.75 lbs.

Repro Willard Massachusetts Shelf Clock. 7 in. painted metal pie pan dial with black Roman hour numerals; has a quality brass, weight driven, time only movement, has recoil escapement, lead weight, brass pulley, and brass pendulum bob with steel stick. Mahogany shelf case has a bonnet top with pierce carved crest, black reverse painted door glass with corner shields, leaves, flowers and panel that reads Aaron Willard, Boston; the base has a large door with wood panel and stands on turned feet. In very good condition and original finish, has some crackling to the dial paint; movement in good running condition. 33.5 in. high x 13 in. wide x 6 in. deep

In a carved mahogany case with broken arched crest having a brass center finial, lower inset panel and carved feet.
