Poole Battery Operated Dome Clock. 3.25 in. silvered dial with black hour numbers, sub seconds dial, blued hands, brass bezel and signed ÂPoole Mfg. Co. Inc. Ithaca, NY, U.S.A.Â; has a brass movement with pendulum running on electric impulse through 3 D-sized batteries in the column at the back of the case. Bakelite case with adjustable leveling feet and round glass dome. Clock appears in good overall condition and clean, missing pendulum. 11 in. high x 7 in. dia.

Poole & Barr Battery Operated Dome Clocks:

1.) Poole, with a marked silvered metal dial with seconds bit and the pendulum. It has the correct base with a “Poole” label. (There is no battery with the clock.)

2.) Barr, with a silvered metal dial marked “Barr Mfg. Co.” and with seconds bit and the pendulum. It has the correct base with the “Barr” label and a level. Not tested. (The dome may not be original to the clock – it seems to be a tight fit. There is no battery with the clock.)

(Both clocks have some wear to their bases.)
