This Berlin-period example features a slightly less contoured bezel than later examples. Dial signed, “The Pequegnat Clock Co., Berlin, Canada.” on lower edge. A full paper dial is present in the 2nd quarter at the back marked “Toronto Eight Day Office Clock Made By The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co. Berlin, Canada.”. Movement stamped, “Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co., Berlin Ont” on outer plate. 4.75″ x 16″ x 16″. Oak case has been refinished. The painted dial shows a paint repair in the second quarter at the 3 continuing to the lower quarter above the 6. Minor flea bites are concentrated at the centre of the dial. Brass door closures are intact and functional. Mechanism complete with pendulum assembly and winding key.

Kitchener, Canada.”. 4.5″ x 11″ x 24″. Quarter sawn oak case in original finish. The face shows creasing vertically running from the 12 to the 6, and at the lower right quarter across the Maple leaf. Loss of surface paper at the dial’s centre. Mechanism complete with pendulum assembly and winding key.

Kitchener, Canada.”. 4.75″ x 16.75″ x 16.75″. Dark wood case shows minor uniform craze to the finish. Pendulum access door has original brass thumb turn. There are minor abrasions to the wood above the thumb turn. The top edge of the clock has minor paint splatters. Mechanism complete with pendulum assembly and winding key.

The “Regulator #1” model is known as Pequegnat’s only weight driven wall clock. It is arguably the most accurate clock made by the company. Dial signed, “The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co., Canada” on lower edge. 5.75″ x 16″ x 36.5″. Quarter cut oak case has rounded frame surrounding dial and rectangular access pendulum door with key lock that doubles as winding key. Intricate wood mouldings in the lower quarter. Brass pulley mechanism with single brass weight shows minimal oxidation. Brass plate on the lower quarter interior shows minimal oxidation. Brass pendulum shows spots of oxidation.
