Canadian. 1910s. Golden oak. The Maple Leaf model was made in four distinct styles. Collectors refer to them as "Points Up", "Points Down" and "Fan Top" and "Peak Top". This "Fan Top" style features an 8-day spring driven time and strike movement. Strikes on a helical gong. Paper on reverse. Dial marked, "The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co., Berlin, Canada" lower edge. Original finish. Excellent original condition, no splits on the case. Some edge loss and finger wear to the paper over tin dial. Correct maple leaf pendulum. This clock was running at the time of cataloguing, but its service history is unknown. From the Skip Kerr Collection. 22.25"H X 15.5"W X 5.25"D.
