Canadian. 1920s. Oak. Second issue. Weight driven time and strike movement. Strikes on tuned rods. Movement is stamped, "The Pequegnat Clock Co.". Original bevel glass door. Original finish. The appliqué flanking the access door was a later addition. Correct pendulum and weights. This clock was running at the time of cataloguing, but its service history is unknown. George III Mahogany Tall Case Clock, T. Lister, Halifax

circa 1800, mahogany veneers, pine secondary, hood with broken arch pediment, banded veneer hinged door, painted metal dial, marked T. Lister Halifax, with second hand and date hand, Roman numerals, painted figures and spandrels, hood pediment supported by fully turned columns, the case with hinged arched waist door, molded stiles, the base with burlwood veneered panel with banded veneer border, scalloped skirt, bracket feet, with pendulum and two weights.
