Two-tone silvered dial exhibits light oxidation, mostly in the upper outer chapter. Mechanism complete with pendulum assembly and winding key. Walnut case finish exhibits fine uniform craze.

Scattered active flaking to the painted tin dial. Replaced hand screw. Refinished oak case. Mechanism complete with correct pendulum assembly and winding key.

Seth Thomas City Clock – Chester. 5 in. paper dial with black Arabic hour numbers, black pierced diamond hands, brass bezel and domical door glass; 8 day spring driven movement No. 3 5/8, signed – S. Thomas, Thomaston, Conn. U.S.A. – has pierced brass plates, count wheel half hour strike mechanism, and coiled gong and round iron pendulum bob with letter S. Oak case with carved crest and finial, turned half columns and carvings on the case front with rosette below the door, paper label on the back. This is an “A-List” clock. 16.5 in. high x 11.5 in. wide x 6 in. deep.
