Canadian. 1920s. Fumed oak. 8-day spring driven time and strike movement. Strikes on a helical gong and bell. Original finish. Partial breakage to pendulum stick at the suspension strap. This clock was running at the time of cataloguing, but its service history is unknown. From the Skip Kerr Collection. 23.5"H X 16.25"W X 5.25"D.

Quarter-sawn oak case. Known as one of Pequegnat’s unique arts & crafts designs. Winding key included. Remnants of paper remain on rear case door. 23.5″ x 16″ x 6″. Original finish. Movement complete with correct pendulum assembly. Pendulum stick exhibits two glue repairs.

Rare. Dial signed, “The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co, Berlin, Canada”. Full reproduction paper label is affixed to centre rear door, marked, “Galt Mantel Clock Made By The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co. Berlin, Canada”. A paper seal is affixed to the paper label sold by “J. Pequegnat & Sons Jewellers Guelph, Ontario.”. 7.5″ x 15″ x 10.75″. Quarter cut oak case has its original finish. The painted metal dial has minor scratches in the lower quarter at the 4 and 8. Mechanism complete with pendulum assembly and winding key.

This example features composite trim used by Pequegnat during the metal shortages of WWI. Dial signed, “The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co, Canada”. A partial paper label on the floor of the interior marked “Barrie Mantel Clock The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co, Berlin, Canada”. 7″ x 13.5″ x 10.75″. Quarter sawn oak case in original finish. Polished brass bezel. Mechanism complete with correct pendulum assembly and winding key.

The movement is stamped “Pequegnat Clock Co.” Full paper label affixed to the interior rear door marked, “Victor Eight-Day Mantel Clock Made by The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co. Kitchener, Canada”. 4.5″ x 20.75″ x 9.5″. Walnut case has original finish with faux marquetry decal. Case surface exhibits fine uniform craze. Silvered dial exhibits fine scattered surface scratches. Mechanism complete with pendulum assembly and winding key.

Full paper label affixed to the interior rear door marked, “Dandy Eight-Day Mantel Clock The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co. Kitchener, Canada.”. 4.5″ x 21″ x 9.5″. The mahogany case retains its original finish with fine craze. The silvered dial exhibits light oxidation in the upper quarter of the dial at the 9, 10, 11 and 12. Mechanism complete with pendulum assembly and winding key.

Movement stamped, “Pequegnat Clock Co.”. 4.5″ x 21″ x 9.5″. Original case finish with light, uniform craze. The silvered dial is in very good condition. The mechanism is complete with correct pendulum and winding key.
