Canadian. 1910s. Golden oak. 8-day spring driven time and strike movement. Strikes on a helical gong. Paper on reverse. Dial marked, "The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co., Berlin, Canada" lower edge. Movement stamped, “Pequegnat Clock Co. Berlin, Ont.” A full paper label is affixed to the lower quarter of the rear door, marked, “Bijou”, the remainder is not legible. 6.75″ x 12.25″ x 10.25″. Quarter cut oak has been refinished. The porcelain dial has hairline cracks extending from the centre of the dial to the lower quarter approx 2.5″ in length. The dial is slightly loose from the bezel at the upper edge. Mechanism complete with correct pendulum assembly and winding key.

**Notice the incorrect spelling of “Pequegnat” on the dial. This early clock features wears a complete long format label. A full intact paper label is attached at the lower quarter at the back, marked, “Label No., Style of Clock, Made in Canada The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co., Berlin, Canada.” 6.75″ x 11.5″ x 10″. Original case finish. Older solder repair at bezel hinge. Early celluloid dial exhibits discolouration surrounding each hole. The mechanism is complete with correct pendulum assembly and winding key.

Rare. Dial signed, “The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co, Berlin, Canada”. Full reproduction paper label is affixed to centre rear door, marked, “Galt Mantel Clock Made By The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co. Berlin, Canada”. A paper seal is affixed to the paper label sold by “J. Pequegnat & Sons Jewellers Guelph, Ontario.”. 7.5″ x 15″ x 10.75″. Quarter cut oak case has its original finish. The painted metal dial has minor scratches in the lower quarter at the 4 and 8. Mechanism complete with pendulum assembly and winding key.

Berlin, Canada”. 6″ x 10.5″ x 14.5″. Mechanism complete with correct pendulum assembly and winding key.
