Canadian. 1920s. Oak. Second issue. Weight driven time and strike movement. Strikes on tuned rods. Movement is stamped, "The Pequegnat Clock Co.". Paper on inside. Refinished. Correct weights. Pendulum is not correct. Back door has a replacement wedge to keep it close. This clock was running at the time of cataloguing, but its service history is unknown. Original finish exhibits light, uniform craze. Veneer separation and loss to lower right and left sides of case. Light touched up scratches to left side column. Mechanism complete with original weights, chains and pendulum.
