Impressive Napoleon III Gilt-Bronze Three-Piece Clock Set

third quarter 19th century, the clock decorated with a serene mother comforting a sleeping butterfly-winged putto nestled in a blossom with molded leaves, the cove-molded base with incised scrollwork and raised on leaf-molded feet, h. 19-1/2", w. 23-1/2", d. 8", together with a pair of matching seven-light candelabra decorated with pairs of putti and leaf-molded sockets and candle cups, in the Rococo Revival taste, h. 31-1/2", dia. 14-1/2".
