Monumental French Bronze Clock: The fancy 5″ dial has a individual porcelain numerals and beveled glass front. The time and strike movement is marked Ringuet. A. Paris and stamped Douillon A. St. Nicolas Honor. The case has kissing youths on the top with floral garlands down the sides. On the lower sides are dolphin serpents with youths on their backs, in the center are 2 nude females holding eel like fish and another youth. Bottom center is a lion mask and floral garland. Douillon worked in the early 19th century.
(The pendulum may not be original to the clock and one scroll near the center is cracked.)

Gilt Bronze Mantle Clock. 3 in. engraved brass dial with applied porcelain Roman hour numerals, blued hands and beveled door crystals on the front and back; typical round brass 8 day spring driven movement, unsigned, has an half hour strike on a bell, has key & pendulum. In a gilt bronze case with finial top, filigree mounts with loop rings on the sides; nice condition overall, numeral 8 has some damage to the porcelain. 10.5 in. high x 9 in. wide x 4 in. deep. Weight: 8.5 lbs.

Dial has a 7 in. silvered chapter ring with black incised design and minute marker, applied gilt brass hour numbers, round gilt disc in the center with raised trefoil design, black pierced brass hands and signed ÂBlack, Starr & Frost, New YorkÂ. Quality brass, spring driven movement signed ÂKÂ over ÂEliteÂ, strikes the hour and Westminster on 5 coiled gongs, brass pendulum bob with steel stick. In a gilt bronze beehive case with low relief gothic arch, column, trefoil and filigree designs on the front and sides. In good running condition, case is in excellent condition with no breaks, dings or losses. 16 in. high x 11.75 in. wide x 8.25 in. deep.
