A 19th century Marsh, Gilbert & Co. (Bristol, Conn) shelf clock. Replaced Seth Thomas 8 day time and strike weight driven Brass Lyre movement with painted wooden dial. Mahogany case with carved “Eagle” crown, two door design with clear upper and mirrored lower glasses, flanked by carved half columns. Older refinishing in good condition, replaced movement, Brass rosettes cover original winding holes. 39 1/2″ high.

A 19th century George Marsh shelf clock. 30 hr time and strike weight driven wooden movement with painted wooden dial. Mahogany case with shaped stenciled crown above a single door with clear upper and mirrored lower glasses, flanked by stenciled half columns. Older finish in fair condition, some veneer loss. 33 1/2″ high.

George Marsh & Co. 2 Door Column Clock: 8 day wood works with bell strike, interior label, 10 1/4″ wood dial. The case is mahogany and veneer with shell columns and carved eagle splat. With weights and pendulum. No key.

(Not running properly. There are extra holes in the backboard. The label has stains and darkening. The wood finish is original and has some scuffs and scrapes.)
