Mahogany Wall Hanging Pinwheel Regulator. 12″ porcelain dial with black Roman hour numerals, blued open moon hands, sweep seconds and heavy brass bezel; 8 day weight driven time only movement with pinwheel escapement, brass covered weight and long brass gridiron pendulum with lyre sash and brass covered bob. In a mahogany wall hanging case with 3 turned finials on the arched crest, gilt plaster center maiden’s head and corbels, has a long turned applique on the frieze, large glass on the sides and front door and has a fancy lower bracket. Refinished condition, new lower bracket, movement mounting bracket replaced, missing 1 door for the dust cover of the movement; no hairlines in dial. 95″ high x 23.25″ wide x 9.75″ deep.

Swiss Pinwheel Jewelers Regulator Hanging Clock, 8 day, time only, weight driven, 11″ porcelain dial with sweep seconds hand, and pendulum bob. Refinished walnut case. The movement and pendulum numbers match. Circa 1890’s- 1910.

French Mahogany Pinwheel Table Regulator. 5 in. porcelain dial signed ÂLs. Mallet, a ParisÂ (Louis), has black Roman hour numerals, open moon hands, sweep seconds hand and hinged brass door bezel with convex glass; large round brass 8 day spring driven movement, pinwheel escapement has silvered levers, half hour count wheel strike on a coiled gong, beat adjustment at the bottom of the crutch and a large high quality brass gridiron pendulum hanging from a knife edge suspension. In a beautiful mahogany case with arched top with 7 gilt brass stars mounted on the front, turned front posts with gilt brass capitols and pilaster rear posts, gilt brass swan & filigree mount on the front of the base. In very good condition, running and original finish, has small chips around the winding holes. 18 in. high x 10.25 in. wide x 5.25 in. deep.
