The Belgian cast brass table clock from around 1850 features a distinctive look with its bronze elefant figurine. The casing is carried on the animal’s back and is crowned by an amphora. The figurine stands on a rectangular, red marble base.
The table clock is in very good condition with minor signs of age. It starts running and comes with a key. The dimensions are 38 x 22 x 12 cm (height x width x depth), the dial has a diameter of 12.5 cm. The clock ran perfectly during a short-time test; but long term precision and regularity cannot be guaranteed. (ggo)

Imperial Bronze Elephant Clock with Rider: The 2 bell striking movement is German by Franz Hermle and Sohne – No. 130-070. The porcelain dial is marked “Imperial” and “Made in Italy”. The underside of the base is marked “BREVETTATO 7093-8/77”.

French Bronze Elephant and Cherub Clock: With 1/2 hour bell strike movement, No. 24083 and a porcelain dial. The cherub above the clock holds a bunch of grapes and a wine glass. The elephant, with curled trunk, has an ornate blanket over his back. He is posed as if walking on rough ground.
The clock is running and striking at this time.
