A turn of the century Lenzkirch wall clock. 14-day spring driven time and strike movement features a visible escapement with jeweled pallets and two part porcelain dial with Roman numerals and molded Brass bezel, with gridiron R/A pendulum, serial #1 Mil 215477 indicates a production date of 1899. Burl Walnut case with Ebonized detail features a carved scrolled crest over a single long door with arched glass, simple molded pilasters and shaped lower drop. Refinished with minor wear, restored painted detail, lacks top finial, dial hairlines and small flake in pendulum insert, running when cataloged. 39" high. ESTIMATE $800-1,200
