Description
Kroeber Jamestown Mantle Clock. Ebonize case with gilt incising, rosettes and scalloped crest, door glass has fancy gold leaf design on the reverse. 5 in. porcelain dial with black Roman numerals and black spade hands; original brass 8 day strike movement is signed F. Kroeber New York, strikes on a coiled gong, painted metal beat indicator, fancy pendulum. Signed on the back of the case on 2 paper labels; in original finish and good working condition, hairlines in dial. 16 in. high
