Kroeber Eureka V.P. Mantle Clock with 8 day strike, a 5 1/2″ metal dial, and the original pendulum. Circa. 1878. Clock is running at this time.

(The dial has brown spots on it and the glass in the door is missing.)

Eureka 1,000 Day Electric Mantle Clock. 4.5 in. porcelain dial has black Roman hour numerals, black spade hands, signed ÂEureka Clock Co. Ltd. London, 1000 Day Electric ClockÂ, has a gilt brass bezel. Electric driven movement runs on 2 D-sized batteries, has a large balance wheel with coil bar in the center; in a brass case with movement and dial raised on 2 columns and set under a glass dome. In good running condition; balance spring is repaired. 10.5 in. high x 7.5 in. wide x 5.5 in. deep.

Kroeber, New York, has an hour count wheel strike on a bell and gridiron pendulum with cut glass beveled mirror bob. Case has an original ebonized finish with arched crest, turned finials, filigree inlays, gilt incising and obverse decorated frosted etched door glass. In good condition with no breaks or losses, movement is running and striking. 20 in. high x 12.5 in. wide x 4.5 in. deep.
