Junghans Figural “Cricket Boy” Swinger Clock. Signed F. Iffland standing cast metal figure of a young boy holding a paddle in one hand and a ball in the other as he prepares to swing at the ball; the pendulum rests on 2 pins on a pivot pointing forward from the ball; the gridiron pendulum has gilt brass ribbon and filigree decorations, 1.75 in. dial with Arabic hour numbers, original hands, brass spring driven movement is contained in the pendulum;. Signed with Junghans logo and numbered Â7Â on the movement. In good running condition, pendulum is 9.5 in. long, overall height is 18 in. high; has a repair to the paddle, dial is in excellent condition with no chips or hairlines.
