Chauncey Jerome Flat Front Mantle Clock. Brass dial has black Roman hour numerals, open center exposing the escapement, replaced pierced hands; weight driven brass movement has count wheel strike mechanism, brass pendulum bob, pyramidal iron weights and coiled gong. In a rosewood flat front case with reverse painted dial glass and lower mirror in the door, has some typical veneer flaking on the front. 24.5 in. high x 14 in. wide.

Jerome Round Side Weight Driven Mantle Clock 6.5 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals and open cutout center, spade and pointer hands; brass weight driven movement has a count wheel hour strike mechanism with coiled gong, round iron side weights with wood pulleys at the top of the case, signed on a paper card pinned in the back of the case. The mahogany case has a mirrored door panel with reverse painted glass over the dial, an overhanging cornice top and rounded sides, in good running condition, refinished, count wheel has a crack but is working, dial has some surface corrosion. 22 in. high x 15 in. wide x 4 in. deep.

Jerome & Co. Gutta Percha Mantle Clock w. Alarm. 5 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals, fancy blued hands and open cutout exposing the alarm indicator disc; brass spring driven movement with hour count wheel strike on a coiled gong, brass covered pendulum bob and separate spring driven alarm mechanism striking on an iron bell. In a rosewood arched top case with gutta percha panel behind the door glass and framing a miniature French river scene; case is in good condition and has an enhanced original finish, signed on a paper label on the back of the door. 14.5 in. high x 11 in. wide x 4.75 in. deep.

Attr: Jerome Iron Front Mantle Clock. 3.5 in. paper dial has black Roman hour numerals, door bezel has convex glass; spring driven 8 day movement has pierced Âtombstone cutouts , unsigned, countwheel hour strike mechanism on a coiled gong, has repairs to strike governor (fan). Case has a beautiful iron front painted black with gilt design and scenic castle panel in the center; original paint has minor chipping and crazing from age, wood back cover is loose, pendulum is replaced, minute hand is replaced and strike mechanism is not running properly. 17.5 in. high x 13.5 in. wide.
