Japy Freres Jeweled Crystal Regulator. Signed on the movement “Japy Freres & Cie” and marked “Made in France.” Rhinestone jeweled bezel & matching pendulum bob. Chip on the top right corner of front glass and top left corner of left glass; has finish wear throughout the brass case. Dimensions: 11 in. high x 7 in. wide x 6 in. deep. Weight: 9.90 lbs.

Description: Antique French Japy Freres Crystal Regulator Clock: T & S with a decorated porcelain dial, movement marked “Japy Freres Made in France” and numbered 692 5 3 & A and 1 in an oval. In a serpentine case with curved beveled glass. Not tested. (There is a minor flake at the keyhole.) 15″T to top of finial; Base 7 3/4″W; approximately 4 3/4″ deep. Sells as is, where is.

Japy Freres Brass Crystal Regulator. 3.5 in. white porcelain dial has pierced gilt brass overlay and bezel with black Arabic hour numbers and black hands; typical round French brass spring driven movement signed Japy Freres, has a half hour strike on a toned coiled gong and has a 2 jar mercurial pendulum. In a gilt brass case with urn top and turned finial, reeded columns on the corners and jasperware rondels across the top and bottom moldings on the front. In very good, running condition. 16 in. high x 7.5 in. wide x 6 in. deep.

French Crystal Regulator: the case is made of green onyx, bronze and has 2 porcelain columns decorated with classical figures. The time and gong striking movement is marked Japy Freres, Made in France and numbered 12805 and 41. The pendulum contains mercury. The 4″ dial is floral decorated.

12 3/4″ t x 10 1/4″ w and running at this time.

(All metal needs cleaned. Lower front onyx is cracked.)
