Ithaca No 6 1/2 Shelf Belgrade Double Dial Calendar Clock. Original 8 in. black dial has gilt Roman hour numerals, pierced brass hands; brass 8 day spring driven movement by E.N. Welch, Made for Ithaca Clock Co. has an hour strike on a coiled gong and long carved wood pendulum & bob. Original black 8 in. lower calendar dial has 31 date numbers outside with open aperture cutouts exposing the month & day cylinders; has a good brass perpetual calendar mechanism in working condition, original black labels. In an ash case with pierced carved crest and black incised highlights throughout, in good condition with a cleaned original finish. 32.5 in. high x 14 in. wide x 7 in. deep.

A late 19th century Ithaca “Belgrade No. 6 1/2” model double dial calendar shelf clock. 8-day time & strike movement with lower calendar mechanism and carved Walnut pendulum and papered metal dials. The upper movement is marked “Wm L. Gilbert Clock Co, Winstead, Conn. U.S.A.”. In a Walnut case with a single molded door and carved detail. Old finish with minor wear and older glued repairs to crown, minor dial discoloration, running but strikes sluggishly when cataloged. 32 1/4″ high.

A late 19th century Ithaca "Belgrade" model calendar shelf clock. 8-day time and strike movement with original Black dials, Roman numerals on the time dial and Arabic on the calendar, with a carved Ash pendulum. Ash case with incised carvings highlighted in Black with shaped crest over a single long door on a molded base. Older refinishing with slight wear, some damage and substantial wear on time dial, minor wear on lower, running when cataloged. 32 1/2" high. ESTIMATE $2,000-3,000
