Description
Ithaca # 5 Emerald Double Dial Calendar Clock, 8 day time and strike, spring driven, with one 7″ and one 8″ dial, nickel pendulum and bob. Walnut case with burled panels and ebonized trim and nickel bezels. Circa 1880.
(The case finish and dials have been restored. The nickel finish is slightly worn on bezels. Finials have been replaced and the lower right post has a small deep alligator area.

Spring driven movement with semi-deadbeat escapement; movement signed EN Welch and Ithaca Clock Co. Beautiful walnut case with burled panels and pierce carved crest with 3 turned finials; paper label on back. Original finish and working condition. 13″W x 32″H x 5″D. Estimated Value$1,200 – 1,500.
