Ornately embossed Lion across the top of the Oak old refinished case, ornate pendulum with a tower, original face and hands, ornately embossed base, all case parts seemingly intact, 22 1/2″ tall by 14 1/2″ wide, made by Ingraham of Bristol, Conn.

Ingraham & Oak Kitchen Clocks:
1.) Ingraham Oak “Defender A Variant” Kitchen Clock: With an 8 day T&S with alarm movement and a marked paper dial. There is a brass pan with a castle scene pendulum. The key is with the clock. The door is stenciled with twisted columns, urns and plants. There is an Ingraham label on the back. Note: The case matches “Defender A” 2/3 of the way from the bottom up – the top is different. The clock winds, gongs and strikes. (The clock has been refinished.) 22″ Tall
2.) Gilbert Walnut Kitchen Clock: With an 8 day T&S with hour strike movement and an unmarked paper dial. The door is stenciled with an arch, Greek key, 1/2 wheels and other designs. The key and a shell and bead pendulum are with the clock.
The clock is running and striking at this time.

Early 20th century Oak case kitchen clock by Elias Ingraham Clock Co., Bristol, CT. Having a rare and ornate Oak case with carved decorations along with applied Metal Lion’s head ornament and figures of maidens. Has a Paper over Metal dial with Roman numerals, held behind a stenciled glass panel door. Fit with a Time and Strike movement. Pendulum and key are present. Case measures approx. 21-3/4″H x 15″W x 5″D. Will not ship, we can refer local shippers.
