Gustav Becker Oak Chime Clock: if working properly, it would strike on 5 straight rods every quarter hour. The 6″ silvered dial is marked L. Courtlander LTD and Croydon. The oak case has heavy beveled glass in the door.
(The time seems to be the only thing working. A name tag has been taken from the case’s lower front.)

Gustav Becker Chime Clock w/5 Rods: striking every quarter hour. The 5 1/2″ metal dial is marked K.C. Co. Germany. The case is mahogany and veneer. There are 2 sets of hammers for the chimes; one set uses all 4 hammers at a time.
(The silvered dial and face have some wear and dark spots. The door’s beveled glass has a small piece of the lower right corner missing.)

German Gustav Becker Unusual Burl Walnut Westminster Chime Wall Clock, Circa 1925, 7″ silvered & painted dial, 8-day, brass Westminster chime movement, beautiful & collectible ormolu mounted burl walnut case inlaid with rosewood, basswood & mother of pearl with oval beveled glass glazed door, very well made clock using the finest of materials, G. Becker was one of the top German clockmakers of the late 19th & early 20th centuries & was eventually absorbed into the Junghans Clock Co., overall great condition, minor wear on dial near 10 o’clock. Height 34″.
