Gothic Style 3 Train Fusee Clock, 8 day, time and strike 5 gong, and a 10″ silvered dial. Movement is early 1800’s with wood round stick and brass cylinder shaped pendulum. Gongs are stamped “J.D.”. Oak wood case.

(Case has been restored, still has splits to front and right side has warped and split area, door on the rear is re-hinged. Movement needs to be readjusted to fit case bezel better as one bracket is broken, hour and strike gong has been moved over from previous hole in case. There has been a solder repair to strike hammer and the butterfly movement needs to be serviced.)

Gothic Empire Style Jewelers Pinwheel Regulator w/ Mercury Pendulum. 12 in. porcelain dial with black Roman hour numerals, pierced sweep seconds hand, open moon minute and hour hands and gilt brass bezel. Typical 8 day weight driven pinwheel movement has retaining power with silvered escape levers and crutch protected in an iron box frame with dust covers, missing one dust cover door; quality pendulum has a long steel rod with glass mercurial jar set in gold washed and silvered highlighted frame, silvered weight and silvered beat indicator in the bottom of the case. In a gothic style mahogany case with stepped triangular crest pointed at the top, reverse amber decorated glass in the dial door and lower door with gothic arched design exposing the weight, pendulum and beat indicator. Case is French polished, has some minor veneer repairs. 76 in. high x 21.5 x 10.5

Gothic Triple Fusee Whittington Chime 8 Bell Skeleton Clock. Clock has 2 large pierced brass cathedral shaped plates, silvered 8 in. chapter ring with black incised Roman numerals; good original fusee chains, recoil escapement. Drop hammer strike on a nest of 8 bells with quarter hour progressive Whittington strike; singed “Bennett, London” on a metal tag and stands on a white marble base. 23 in. high x 15 in. wide x 9.5 in. deep.

(1/4 hour trip lever end is broken so it will not trip the mechanism.)
