Gothic Marble & Bronze Steeple Clock. Black marble Case has dore bronze mounts, corbels, corner spires, shields on the sides and front door; bronze door bezel with beveled crystal; 1.75 in. porcelain dial with black hour numerals & blued hands, spring driven time only 15 jewel movement signed Ch. Hour, France measures 2 in. dia., not running. Dial has chips around the winding hole, case has 2 corner chips and one corner repair on the back right corner, in good overall condition. 20.5 in. high x 8 in. wide x 7.25 in. deep.

French Bronze Animated Gothic Steeple Clock. Bronze 2 tone gilt and patinated case in the form of a tall gothic cathedral with long arches, tall spires, balcony, standing and seated figures. 2.5 in. porcelain dial has open moon hands and black Roman hour numerals, typical round French brass 8 day movement, singed “Pons”, with half hour strike on a single bell with 2 hammers once on the half hour and 2 times for each hour; simultaneously with the bell strike 2 animated figures seated at the balcony of the clock swing a hammer at a bell hanging between them. Clock is in good overall condition, having a nice finish and running; minor repair to the hammer of the figure on the base, few hairlines in the dial radiating out from the center. 22.5 in. high x 12.5 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

Gothic Arch Steeple Mantle Clock w/ Alarm. 6 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals, open center exposing the alarm indicator disc; brass spring driven movement has an hour strike in a coiled gong and separate alarm mechanism in the base striking a brass bell, has a brass covered pendulum bob and movement signed Brewester & Ingrahams, Bristol, Ct. U.S. In a gothic arched onion top rosewood case with turned double columns under conical finials on the sides with frosted and cut glass tablet in the door, paper label in the back of the case for J.J. Beals & Co.’s Clock Establishment. Case has an overcoated finish and is in good overall condition with a few light chips to the finials and repaired minute hand.19.5 in. high x 11.75 in. wide x 2.75 in. deep.

Nicely cast marble and bronze table clock in the Gothic taste circa 1870. Having opposing cat like creatures flanking spire adorned structure. Clock is platform escapement driven and has a beautifully cast dial. Ht: 13″ Width: 7″ Depth: 4″
