Gilbert Steamer No.8 Mantle Clock: 8 day time with half hour gong strike and a bell striking alarm. With a 6″ dial. In a pressed oak case with good back label.
(The dial is a replacement. The strike is slow to activate, its spring is wound tight. The wood finish is original and scuffed up.)

1.) Gilbert Antique Oak Kitchen Clock with an 8 day T&S movement with alarm and a paper dial marked “Wm. L. Gilbert Clock Co. Bristol Conn.”; a nickel pan and brass patented 1881 pendulum. Has the key. The nice oak case has a stenciled door with floral decoration all around the perimeter.

2.) Antique Oak Kitchen Clock, 1/2 Hour Strike with an 8 day T&S movement; an unmarked paper dial with nickel pan and target pendulum. The nice oak case has a stenciled door with birds, an urn, an arch and medallion with a 3 leaf clover. The key is with the clock.

1.) Gilbert Oak “Capitol No. 43″ Kitchen Clock with an 8 day T&S movement and a marked paper dial with a brass pan. The door is stenciled with a peacock, flowers, a lake scene, birds, insects and plants. There is a paper label on the back. The key and a flower and leaf pendulum are with the clock. (The clock is not running at this time. The dial is yellowed and speckled. The front of the case shows wear.) 23” Tall
2.) Gilbert Oak “Lake No. 1″ Kitchen Clock: With an 8 day T&S movement and an unmarked paper dial with a nickel pan. The glass is stenciled with geometric fretwork and stylized blossoms. There is a paper label on the back. The key and a round nickel pendulum with leaves on it are with the clock. The clock is running and striking at this time. (The dial shows wear.) 22 1/2” Tall
