Gilbert Clock Co., Winsted, Conn," black Roman hour numerals, inset sub seconds and pierced Maltese hands; brass 8 day weight driven time only movement has a Graham deadbeat escapement, retaining power, wooden pendulum stick with brass covered bob and silvered brass pulley with silvered brass covered weight. In a variant walnut case with turned spherical mounts on the carved crest, fancy carved frieze with corner spandrels and lower bracket with incised highlights and inset burled walnut center panel. Case is refinished, extra holes behind the replaced dial, pendulum bob replaced, running, 52.5 in. high x 18.25 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep.

The oak case has a fancy carved crest with side corbels, reverse gilt decorated door glass and carved lower bracket. Signed with a paper label on the back “Wm. L. Gilbert Clock Co., Winsted Conn.”. 38 in. high x 14 in. wide x 4.5 in. deep.

Co.”. In an oak case in with high carved crest and spindled gallery, inset burled backboard and carved lower bracket; refinished, missing top finials, dial has a few chips behind the bezel. 78 in. high x 22.5 in. wide x 8.5 in. deep.
